Sriram Balasubramanian (Founder and CEO) (Chennai, India) – Sriram founded Juhomi in 2012. He has over 13 years of experience implementing enterprise applications for Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 customers. Sriram has a deep passion for technology and building world-class software teams. At Juhomi, Sriram’s primary responsibilities include automating every part of our project delivery and building teams on emerging technologies. Sriram did his BTech from Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai and an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Kolkatta. Apart from programming, Sriram is also a keen Kalaripayattu (Indian martial art), fitness and classical music enthusiast.
Raj Duraisamy (Head – Enterprise) (Coimbatore, India) – Raj has over 12 years of experience implementing enterprise applications across energy and banking domains. At Juhomi, Raj is responsible for our IBM practice. He is also the lead developer of the ALM connector platform built on top of IBM’s Item Connector Framework for one of our key customers. Raj is a BE in Computer Science from the College of Engineering, Guindy, Anna University. Outside of work, Raj has a deep interest in cars and run his own goat farm.
Easwar Palavesam (Co-founder) (Chennai, India) – With nearly 18 years of experience, Easwar is one of the most skilled members of the Juhomi family. He has immense capability and proven skills in Client Relationship, Business Consulting, Project/Program Management, Quality Assurance and Delivery Management covering Diverse Application Domain and Business critical projects. Easwar is adept at ensuring on-time and on cost delivery of complicated systems and has an excellent track record on Exceeding client expectation. Cloud Computing Solutions, User experience and Business Service consultation are his core focus areas. In his free time, Easwar enjoys painting, listening to old classics and has a penchant for photography.
John Rozario (Head – Web Applications) (Chennai, India) – John started his career as a web designer. Over the years, he has evolved into a full stack developer on both Java and .Net stack. At Juhomi, John singlehandedly delivered all third-party integrations of a critical e-commerce application for a leading, multinational footwear company. John leads our web team, helping us build modern web applications on top of Play Framework. John has over 9 years of experience in web design and java and .net. John loves sports and he plays cricket and volleyball whenever we allow him.
Deepa Subramanian (Tech Lead) (Chennai, India) – Deepa graduated from the Rutgers University with a masters in Computer Science. She has experience working with some of the tech giants like Amazon and Google. She is well versed at programming languages like C,C++, Java, React, React Native etc. One of the strongest team members and works on one of Juhomi’s key projects; Zippin. She also works on developing internal tools and dashboards. Deepa is highly passionate about programming and loves experimenting. Her hobbies include painting and cycling.
Parthasarathy Murali is a Tech Lead, Chennai and holds a PGDM from IGNOU. His expertise lies in providing technical solutions, participates in feasibility analysis, prepares product architecture and proposal for new projects. He is also well versed at programming languages like Rails, C#. Parthasarathy also has deep knowledge in scripting languages, tools used for developing UI and web applications. As much as he loves working with us, he also enjoys watching Cricket and listening to music.
